RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for credit or exchange within ten (10) days of the invoice date or within five (5) days after you receive the product.

Warranty

STYLUXTM guarantees his products for one year starting from the purchase date against all manufacturing andmaterial defects only. Under the warranty, if a piece turns out to be defective because of the materials or the manufacturing, it will be repaired or replaced with no additional charge. To do this, return the product with a proof of purchase to your dealer or to the mailing address of the company’s head office. This warranty does notcover lenses scratched by usual use or any damage resulting from improper handling, accident or unauthorized repair or modification of the product.

The product could be returned or exchanged at the initial point of sale.

Frames returned for credit or exchange must be in salable condition and must include the original invoice plus all documents and accessories in the original packaging. If there are any missing items, you may be subject to a restocking fee.

The return of a misused or worn out product will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Frames may not be returned or exchanged if original lenses have been removed or replaced by prescription lenses.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit card purchases, please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Process:
How do I return a frame?

Please send an e-mail to info@styluxeyewear.com and state that you would like to return your frame. We will issue you a return authorization number.

Please return the frame in the original packagingin a sturdy box and write the return authorization number on the box(we recommend sending it with a shipping tracking number (because we are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages).Please keep a copy of your invoice, your return authorization number and your shipping tracking number for your records.

Upon receipt of the original frame, we will process the exchange or credit. We will credit or charge your account for any difference in price or for fees incurred.

Returns should be shipped via a shipping service that offers a shipping tracking number and an insurance because we are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages.

If it is not possible to exchange the product, you should return it, and then place a new order.

Return shipping charges and order cancellation will not be subject to refund.
